My wife has moved into Fox Trail Memory Care Living at Hillsdale. It has about four aides to about 12-15 people, so there’s a lot of help for people with memory issues. Her room there is very clean and very neat, it’s a 1-bedroom. They have a lot of different outside entertainment come in, and they have a community here where they get them into a lot of different games to play with them and get them thinking because it is memory oriented. They have a gathering area where they hang out and play games and have musicians come in and stuff like that. Because most of them have dementia, it’s not a place where there’d be a lot more physical activities. Fox Trail is not an assisted living complex, it’s just a house with bedrooms, a big community area, and a dining area. I would recommend them for people with memory-type issues because that’s really what they specialize in. They’re very receptive to people with memory problems, that’s all they cater to.
